— A parliamentary Kuwaiti delegation, headed by Speaker of the Parliament Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim departed on Wednesday to Madrid to patriciate in 143rd Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) conference.
Speaker Al-Ghanim will deliver a speech on “contemporary challenges against democracy”, National Assembly’s news network (Al-Dostor) reported.
Nevertheless, Al-Ghanim will hold discussions with Spanish President of the Congress of Deputies, Meritxell Batet.
