The Taif Governorate Police has apprehended a citizen for promoting hashish and pills that are subject to medical regulation and has taken legal action against him by referring him to the competent authority.

Security agencies are urging the public to report any information available regarding drug trafficking or drug promotion by calling 911 in the Makkah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions and 999 in the other regions of the Kingdom. Reports can also be made to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control via 995 and 995@gdnc.gov.sa. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality.
