The Ministry of Interior announced that a federal police force arrested 3 defendants who assaulted a traffic policeman in Shula area in Baghdad.

A statement by the Ministry of the Interior said, “Detachments of the Fifth Brigade Federal Police arrested 3 defendants who assaulted, beat and insulted a traffic police officer while he was performing his duty within the Responsibility Sector in Shula area in Baghdad.”

He pointed out that “the accused will be duly referred to the competent authorities so that they may receive their just punishment.”
