Two farmers were injured in an explosive device explosion, south of Baquba, the center of Diyala Governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “Two farmers from the village of Al-Khawalis, south of Baquba, were injured in an explosive device explosion, the second within hours.”
He added, “The security services opened an investigation into the accident, while the injured were transferred to the hospital.”
A security source announced earlier today that a farmer was injured in an explosive device explosion in agricultural land near the village of Al-Khawalis.
