Umrah and Ziyarah Forum to Start Tomorrow in Madinah


Madinah: The first edition of the “Umrah and Ziyarah Forum”, along with an accompanying exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, is scheduled to start tomorrow at King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah.

The three-day forum will bring together local and international entities operating in the Umrah and visit to the the two holy mosques sector. It will include discussion panels, workshops, and an exhibition showcasing the latest services and innovative solutions toward sustainable development.

The event gives the participating entities and specialists the opportunity to communicate and exchange expertise. It is scheduled to discuss challenges, present opportunities and emerging trends in the sector, offer insights and recommendations to enhance the experience of Umrah performers and visitors, and facilitate the hosting of visitors by the two holy mosques.

The forum also aims to stimulate dialogue and partnerships, and help ent
ities operating in the Umrah and visit sector broaden their network.

The event is expected to highlight the Kingdom’s exceptional efforts and initiatives taken to ensure the comfort of Umrah performers and visitors to the two holy mosques, and enrich and improve their experience in visiting the Kingdom. It will also showcase the best administrative and operational practices, and adopt solutions that contribute to improving the quality of services to the ever-growing number of Umrah performers and visitors, which is achieved by introducing innovative products, exploring opportunities, and launching new initiatives and facilities, in line with the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
