US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan discussed shared commitment to peace in Yemen.

This came during a phone call between the two sides yesterday, said Secretary Department Principal Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel Sunday.

Blinken emphasized the urgency of de-escalating tensions between Israelis and Palestinians, reiterating the continued US commitment to the two-state solution.

He also noted that his country will continue to consult closely with partners on how to advance regional security, stability, and prosperity.
