The US dollar on Thursday remained firm against the Kuwaiti dinar trading at KD 0.306 but the euro rose by 0.23 percent to KD 0.326, compared with Wednesday’s prices, the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) said in its daily bulletin.

The sterling pound moved slightly up by 0.25 percent to the level of KD 0.379 and the Swiss franc also edged up by 0.36 percent settling at KD 0.330. The Japanese yen remained stable, trading at KD 0.002.

The CBK publishes daily average exchange rates that do not necessarily reflect actual prices of currencies for the day.
