Riyadh: According to the National Center for Meteorology, strong dust-stirring winds will blow and moderate to heavy rain accompanied by hail will fall over parts of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh and the Eastern Region.

Winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly, at speeds of 12-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to southwesterly, at speeds of 10-50 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait. Waves may range from half a meter to more than two meters; the sea Will be calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northeasterly to southeasterly, at speeds of 10-30 km/h in the northern and central parts, and easterly to northeasterly, at speeds of 12-50 km/h in the southern part. Waves may range from half a meter to more than two meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
