CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, welcomed Ambassador, Yahya bin Ahmed Akish, today. The meeting was held to commemorate Ambassador Akish’s appointment as the Saudi Ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania and as a non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Burundi.

During the meeting, Ambassador Akish was given a comprehensive overview of SFD’s ongoing development endeavors in developing nations. The discussion also centered around the various development projects and programs funded by SFD, particularly those being implemented in Tanzania and Burundi. These initiatives are aimed at contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals in these countries.
