Baghdad, Detachments of the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security overthrew a terrorist ISIS member in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The Directorate stated in a statement today: “The Special Intelligence Missions Cell affiliated with the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Ministry of Defense was able, based on accurate intelligence information, to overthrow a terrorist element in the Shirqat district of Salah al-Din Governorate, who was working as a fighter in the so-called Diwan al-Jund.” Tigris State, an arrest warrant was issued against him in accordance with the provisions of Article (4/OF Terrorism), and legal measures were taken against him and he was referred to the judiciary to receive his just punishment.”
