His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable of condolences to the Emperor of Japan Naruhito over the earthquake that hit Japan late Wednesday, killing at least four people and injuring over 100 others, and destroying public facilities and properties.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his deepest condolences to the victims families, wishing the injured a fast recovery. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
