His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to President of friendly Russian Federation Vladimir Putin after a suicide bombing left a number of casualties near the Russian embassy in Afghanistan.

He expressed sympathy with Russia and the families of the victims, wishing a quick recovery for the injured.
