Deputy Foreign Minister Majdi Al-Dhifeeri led on Thursday Kuwait’s delegation at international talks on the situation in Sudan, held on the United Nations General Assembly fringes.
At the meeting, co-chaired by the UN and Norway, the ambassador highlighted the importance of attaining stability in Sudan, and the support Kuwait continues to contribute towards this goal.
“Kuwait supports the efforts of the international community to ensure the success of the transitional government’s endeavors to achieve security and stability in a manner that achieves the hopes and aspirations of the brotherly Sudanese people,” he added
