A source in Hilla Central Prison confirmed that an inmate in the prison from Mosul, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law, died today, Saturday, as a result of illness.
He said, “One of the inmates of Hilla Central Prison died today in the prison’s health center as a result of complications from tuberculosis.
He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine office to find out the cause of death.
